An established property business is looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a varied industrial & office portfolio across the Midlands. Setting and reconciling service charge budgets Carrying out regular property inspections Managing lease events, including reviews, expiries and break options Working closely with FM, finance and asset management teams Supporting rent collection and arrears management Identifying opportunities to improve the performance of the portfolio The role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership, building strong occupier relationships and managing a broad range of commercial property matters. Commercial property management experience Strong service charge knowledge Experience managing occupied commercial assets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Up to £5,000 car allowance ~Discretionary bonus ~ Private healthcare ~25 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Pension ~ Life assurance ~ This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position , Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with regular travel across the portfolio.
