The Role

- Local stakeholder relationships, including BID / town-centre partners and community groups.
- Marketing, events, placemaking and commercialisation support.
- Regular reporting to the landlord and managing agent.

You will ideally bring:
- Operations, FM, centre management, retail property, leisure, hospitality or customer-facing venue management experience.
- Strong contractor, compliance and day-to-day operational management skills.
- Budget / cost control experience, with service charge exposure advantageous but not essential.
- Confident occupier, client, customer and stakeholder communication.
