About the Role:
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind St. Enoch’s success - overseeing commercial performance, daily operations, tenant engagement, and long-term vision. You’ll work hand-in-hand with retailers, hospitality brands, city stakeholders, and the asset team to reinvigorate the centre and help shape the future of Glasgow’s retail and leisure landscape.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in shopping centre or large-scale retail/leisure leadership
- Is comfortable managing large teams and inspiring those to meet exceptional standards
- Has led assets & teams through large scale refurbishment and revitalisation projects
- Has strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving footfall, revenue, and relevance
