We’re working with a leading UK shopping centre to recruit an Operations Manager – a key role overseeing day-to-day operations at one of the city’s flagship retail destinations.

If you’re an experienced operator with a background in managing complex sites, leading supply partners, and ensuring high safety and service standards – this could be your ideal next step.

Who we’re looking for..

✔ A facilities or operations management professional from retail, commercial, or multi-let property

✔ Strong experience managing contractors, H&S, compliance, and PPM programmes

✔ Confident handling budgets, invoicing, and supplier contracts

✔ A hands-on leader with excellent organisational and reporting skills

✔ Ideally IOSH or NEBOSH certified, with a proactive and safety-first mindset
