We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee trophy assets in Manchester. This high-profile role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) within office and mixed-use developments, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of facilities, compliance, and workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee facilities and workplace operations, ensuring a premium environment for employees and visitors.
  • Manage vendor contracts and outsourced service providers, maintaining high standards across cleaning, M&E, security, catering, and front-of-house services.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and workplace risk management requirements.
  • Drive space planning and office utilisation strategies, supporting business objectives and employee experience initiatives.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance real estate investment decisions and workplace efficiencies.
  • Manage business continuity planning and incident response, ensuring operational resilience.
  • Oversee the seamless delivery of client and employee events, ensuring a world-class visitor experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive facilities management experience within office and mixed-use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and outsourced service contracts.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working effectively with senior leadership teams.
  • A problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding workplace experiences.
