ποΈ About the Role ποΈ
Join a dynamic Retail Property Management team in Manchester as a Property Portfolio and Data Coordinator. In this role, you\’ll provide essential surveying support to the Portfolio Client Relationship Management team, ensuring seamless property coordination, data management, and reporting.
What Youβll Do
- Portfolio Reporting: Collate and manage data on arrears, collection stats, sales figures, and footfall.
- Client Support: Handle portfolio-level queries, liaise with clients, and triage incoming requests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with surveyors, centre-based teams, and property accounts staff.
- Financial & Data Management: Solve queries related to POs, use Proactis, Retail Advantage, and Data+ to extract insights.
- Report Preparation: Draft quarterly fund reports, KPI updates, and variance reports for the surveying team.
- Meeting & Diary Management: Schedule property inspections, and team meetings, and manage documentation.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, Power BI knowledge (preferred), and expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Data Analytics & Management: Strong ability to manage and interpret complex datasets. Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Industry Experience: Property or Facilities sector experience
