We’re recruiting a Compliance Officer to join the onsite team at a major shopping centre, supporting the safe, compliant and efficient running of the destination. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in facilities, technical administration, compliance, H&S or FM helpdesk environments who is ready for more responsibility and exposure. Health & safety and compliance activity Contractor coordination and permits to work Risk assessments, RAMS and safe systems of work Audit actions, logbooks and compliance records Insurance and CCTV-related administration Day-to-day liaison with contractors, engineers and internal teams The environment is particularly interesting right now, with a major redevelopment programme ahead that will bring increased contractor activity, operational complexity and plenty of opportunity to build your experience. Experience working with contractors, compliance records or CAFM systems NEBOSH, First Aid and SIA/CCTV qualifications would be useful, but are not essential. If you’re looking for a role that gives you exposure across compliance, H&S, technical services and wider centre operations, this could be an excellent next step.
