Facilities Manager (Temp to Perm) in Manchester

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional to join a leading property management business and oversee a portfolio of commercial assets across Manchester city centre. Combining technical FM expertise with team leadership, you'll play a key role in driving operational standards, supporting a team of Facilities Managers and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the portfolio. Lead Facilities Management delivery across a portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial assets, driving operational excellence across hard and soft FM services. Line manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 Facilities Managers. Support budgeting, service charge management and financial performance. Support future mobilisation projects and portfolio growth initiatives. We're keen to speak with experienced Facilities Managers, Senior Facilities Managers or Regional FM professionals who can demonstrate: Experience within commercial property environments. Previous people management and team leadership experience. Excellent compliance and contractor management expertise. Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
