We’ve partnered with a leading creative placemaking and property marketing agency that brings destinations to life. Through brand, CX, digital, placemaking, wayfinding and everything in between, their work shapes how people feel about the places they live, work, shop and play. They’re now looking for a Client Relationship Director to help lead the next chapter.

The Role

You’ll be the strategic partner for some of their biggest clients - the person who sees the bigger picture, connects the dots and keeps the work moving forward with purpose. You’ll guide strategy, lead a talented Client Services team, steer delivery, spot growth opportunities and keep things calm when deadlines get interesting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning relationships with key clients and being the partner they trust
  • Developing strategic plans that elevate the work
  • Leading, mentoring and championing the Client Services team
  • Keeping projects on track — timelines, budgets, expectations
  • Improving processes and delivery where needed
  • Supporting pitches and how the agency shows up in the industry
