We're working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation and operational transition of a prestigious multi-occupier commercial office building in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing best-in-class FM operations within a landmark trophy asset, ensuring exceptional occupier experience, seamless service delivery, and full operational readiness from day one.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mobilisation and transition of all FM operations including M&E, security, cleaning, and fabric services
  • Coordinate contractors, service partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless operational handover and mobilisation process
  • Implement compliance procedures, operational standards, and service delivery frameworks across the building
  • Drive occupier experience, operational performance, and continuous improvement within a prestigious commercial environment
