A leading placemaking and destination marketing agency is looking to appoint a Marketing Account Manager to join its growing London team. Working across a portfolio of shopping centres, mixed‑use destinations, office campuses and business parks, you'll take ownership of client relationships, marketing delivery and activation programmes that help drive footfall, engagement and commercial performance. This is a genuinely varied role, offering exposure to retail, leisure, office and mixed‑use environments rather than a single destination.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing multiple client accounts and acting as a key day‑to‑day contact
- Developing and delivering annual marketing plans and campaigns
- Leading activations, events and community engagement initiatives
- Managing budgets, reporting and campaign performance
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, stakeholders and onsite teams
- Supporting wider placemaking, regeneration and destination consultancy projects
Requirements:
- Agency‑side marketing experience
- Experience managing client relationships and multiple accounts
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys stakeholder engagement
- Experience within property, placemaking, destination, retail or mixed‑use environments would be advantageous
