We are working with one of the UK’s leading retail and leisure destinations to appoint an Estate Manager into a senior on-site leadership role. This is a flagship asset with significant scale, including a major retail and leisure environment, extensive external areas, car parks, landscaping, public realm, lakes and ongoing estate investment.
It is an overarching estate leadership opportunity, focused on standards, service partners, major projects, guest experience and long-term estate strategy. As Estate Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Director and wider leadership team to ensure the destination operates safely, efficiently and to consistently high standards.
You will oversee service partner performance across hard services, soft services and landscaping, while also supporting major lifecycle projects, estate planning, compliance, guest experience and wider asset improvement. You will need to bring fresh thinking, challenge existing ways of working and help shape how the estate continues to evolve over the coming years.
- Can manage service partners, contractors and senior stakeholders confidently
- Has experience supporting major projects in a live environment
