We’re partnering with a highly respected, privately owned property management business to appoint a Human Resources Manager on a 24 hour a week basis. This is a pivotal, standalone role with broad scope, real influence and the opportunity to shape best practice across a diverse portfolio. The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you’ll oversee the full HR lifecycle across both Head Office and site-based teams. From payroll and benefits to performance management and TUPE, this is a true generalist role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide practical, commercially grounded advice to managers across the portfolio while ensuring compliance, consistency and a high-quality employee experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Providing proactive support and advice to managers and employees across the business
  • Delivering accurate monthly payroll and year-end processes
  • Overseeing onboarding (including TUPE transfers) and ensuring statutory compliance
  • Supporting managers with performance management, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy matters

This is a broad and engaging role that combines operational detail with advisory influence.

About You

You’ll likely be:

  • CIPD qualified
  • An experienced HR generalist (circa 5+ years)
  • Confident advising senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing payroll
