A leading property management organisation is seeking a passionate, hands-on, and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and innovate across cleaning & customer operations at one of the UK’s premier retail and leisure destinations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role, overseeing 4 experienced Team Managers and 110+ cleaning professionals. Your mission: elevate service standards, modernise practices, and drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Leading day-to-day operations of environmental services across the business
- Influencing the guest experience through sensory innovation and creative thinking
- Managing 4 Team Managers (2 day, 2 night)
- Driving innovation, operational efficiency, and cleanliness standards
- Reviewing and improving cleaning schedules, equipment use, and waste processes
- Coaching and developing your team with feedback and succession planning
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Owning key KPIs around quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Supporting cultural change with a “people-first” approach
About You…
- Must-have experience:
- Proven experience managing large teams in cleaning, facilities, or other service-led environments
- A track record of creative thinking and driving improvements in customer experience
- Solid knowledge of cleaning systems, operations, and equipment
- Inspirational leadership skills – able to motivate and engage established teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive positive stakeholder relationships
- Commercially minded, process-focused, and solution-oriented
- Background in high-footfall environments (e.g. retail, leisure, hospitality)
- IOSH/NEBOSH or willingness to gain certification
- Experience in unionised environments or working with performance frameworks
