The Role: As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the on-site management team to ensure the smooth running of the building and deliver an exceptional experience for occupiers, visitors and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of day-to-day facilities management services across the building
- Building relationships with occupiers and acting as a first point of contact for facilities-related queries
- Assisting with contractor management, permit administration and service delivery monitoring
