The Role: As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the on-site management team to ensure the smooth running of the building and deliver an exceptional experience for occupiers, visitors and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of day-to-day facilities management services across the building
  • Building relationships with occupiers and acting as a first point of contact for facilities-related queries
  • Assisting with contractor management, permit administration and service delivery monitoring
  • Carrying out regular building inspections and reporting any issues
  • Supporting health and safety compliance
