A major UK property management business is launching a new self-delivery engineering model at one of its flagship mixed-use destinations in Milton Keynes and this is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of that journey! We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor / Contract Manager to lead a small team of engineers whilst remaining technically involved in the day-to-day operation of a high-profile commercial estate. You'll be responsible for driving service delivery, engineering standards, compliance, contractor management and the overall performance of the M&E function.
Key responsibilities:
