Working for a growing managing agent, you'll be part of a brand-new on-site team supporting the day-to-day operation of a high-profile, multi-tenanted office building. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within commercial property and facilities management, working alongside experienced facilities professionals in a prestigious environment. As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the on-site management team to ensure the smooth running of the building and deliver an exceptional experience for occupiers, visitors and contractors. Supporting the delivery of day-to-day facilities management services across the building Building relationships with occupiers and acting as a first point of contact for facilities-related queries Assisting with contractor management, permit administration and service delivery monitoring Carrying out regular building inspections and reporting any issues Coordinating facilities helpdesk requests and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales Previous experience within facilities management, property management, customer service or building operations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience within a commercial office environment or managing agent setting would be ideal but is not essential.
