An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the on-site team at one of London’s most distinctive mixed-use destinations - a vibrant estate blending residential living, retail, leisure, hospitality and community experiences in the heart of North London. This position offers the chance to play a visible and hands-on role in shaping the day-to-day experience across a thriving retail and leisure environment, working closely with occupiers, visitors and an agile on-site team.
The Role:
- Coordinating retailer administration, onboarding and compliance processes
- Managing occupier documentation, operational trackers and reporting
- Supporting marketing campaigns, social media and on-site content creation
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of seasonal events, activations and weekly markets
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for occupiers, service partners and event operators
- Collecting and reporting on retail sales, footfall and occupier feedback data
- Supporting presentations, reports, stakeholder communications and general site administration
- Working closely with marketing, operations and management teams to deliver a first-class occupier and visitor experience
