The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional to join a leading property management business and oversee a portfolio of commercial assets across Manchester city centre.

Combining technical FM expertise with team leadership, you'll play a key role in driving operational standards, supporting a team of Facilities Managers and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Facilities Management delivery across a portfolio of multi-tenanted commercial assets, driving operational excellence across hard and soft FM services.
  • Line manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 Facilities Managers.
  • Act as the technical FM lead across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client and occupier relationships.
  • Support budgeting, service charge management and financial performance.
  • Support future mobilisation projects and portfolio growth initiatives.

About You

We're keen to speak with experienced Facilities Managers, Senior Facilities Managers or Regional FM professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Strong technical and operational FM knowledge.
  • Experience within commercial property environments.
  • Previous people management and team leadership experience.
  • Excellent compliance and contractor management expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills.
  • A collaborative, approachable and supportive leadership style.
  • The ability to coach, develop and inspire others.
  • Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
