This position is a fully autonomous building management role, offering end-to-end responsibility across a commercial office. You will effectively run the estate as your own business unit, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full management of day-to-day building operations across the building
- Ownership of service charge budgets, financial planning, and cost control
- Managing and improving contractor performance (cleaning, engineering, etc.)
- Leading on procurement and retendering processes, including unifying estate-wide contracts
- Line management of on-site staff (reception team and engineer)
- Regular liaison with asset management team
