Our client is a specialist, family-owned property consultancy known for managing high-profile retail and commercial destinations with personality. Their portfolio isn’t made up of generic assets — they focus on places with character, culture and real commercial energy. They are now looking for an Estate Manager to lead the management of a large and unique estate in Birmingham, in one of the UK’s most exciting and fast-evolving creative districts.
This is a big, complex estate with edge. It needs someone confident, commercially minded and comfortable operating in an environment that is vibrant, occasionally challenging, and always interesting.
The Role
- You will take full ownership of the estate’s day-to-day performance, acting as the key link between the client, occupiers and operational teams.
- You’ll lead the on-site team, oversee outsourced service partners and ensure the estate operates smoothly while continuing to evolve as a destination.
- Leading the operational management of a large mixed-use estate.
- Managing an Operations Manager and wider hard & soft FM service partners.
- Tenant engagement and stakeholder management.
- Client reporting and relationship management.
- Service charge oversight and financial management.
