This is a genuinely high-impact leadership role overseeing a multi-site commercial property portfolio across the Midlands, including assets across Birmingham, Bristol and the M4 corridor. You’ll take ownership of a well-established region, leading a team of Facilities Managers across a mix of office and mixed-use buildings, while working closely with senior leadership to elevate standards, improve performance and shape the long-term FM strategy.
The Role
- Lead FM service delivery across a regional portfolio, including oversight of multiple commercial assets (e.g. multi-let office buildings and mixed-use schemes), ensuring consistent standards across sites such as large city centre developments and out-of-town business parks.
- Directly manage a team of 6+ Facilities and Senior Facilities Managers (including sites similar to large urban commercial buildings and specialist assets), driving performance, developing capability and embedding a high-performing culture.
- Act as the key client escalation point, managing stakeholder relationships and navigating challenging conversations where required, while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships across the portfolio.
- Take ownership of operational and financial performance, including service charge budgets, contractor oversight, site audits and driving continuous improvement across compliance, H&S and service delivery.
