Weβre Looking For:
β An experienced facilities management professional β with a background in retail, hospitality, or mixed-use schemes, and a track record of managing both hard and soft services.
β Health & safety knowledge β with a sound understanding of current legislation and best practice. IOSH Managing Safely is essential.
β A confident communicator β able to liaise effectively with contractors, retailers, service partners, and local authorities.
β Proactive and detail-oriented β with a strong focus on compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
β Commercially astute β with experience in budgeting, service charge management, and identifying opportunities for additional income or efficiencies.
