Andersen James is working with a regional Housing Association based in Chester, as they look to recruit a DMC & Disrepair Surveyor. The role will be responsible for damp and mould surveys and disrepair cases across their Northern housing stock.
We're looking for candidates with:
- Relevant building surveying, maintenance or construction management qualification and/or equivalent experience
- A strong surveying background, ideally within social housing
- Ideally damp, mould and disrepair experience. However, the client is happy to develop candidates in these areas - excellent development opportunity for surveyors starting out their career!
In return, the client will give the following:
- Generous salary plus car allowance
- 35 hour working week
- Generous annual leave allowance (25 days increasing to 28 after 4 years’ service)
- Flexible/agile working
- Enhanced maternity, adoption & paternity pay
