Andersen EV is the UK leading player in premium electric vehicle home charging points with partnerships with a number of car manufacturers including Porsche and Jaguar Landrover. Andersen is seeking three dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to expand its Business Development Manager team. Candidates should have several years field experience in sales interfacing with B2B customers such as wholesalers, car retailers etc.
Location & Remuneration: We are recruiting for three new positions covering:
- South of England
- North of England
- The West Country
The role will be largely field based with occasional reporting back into the Head Office in Bedfordshire. Applicants should be based in a location that is appropriate for covering one of the geographical locations mentioned above. An attractive salary is offered with an excellent base salary with an OTE potential of £55,000.
Key Duties:
- Sales Development: Following training develop and implement effective sales activities to drive business growth in the EV charging sector, supported by your peers and the Head of Sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including car OEMs, trade partners and wholesalers.
- Sales Targets: Plan activity to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are met.
- Full product training and support will be provided.
Personal Traits & Qualifications:
- Only people with a natural ability to sell need apply.
- Applicants should have at least two years B2B field sales experience.
- Pace and Efficiency: Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
