The Role

As a Training Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our workforce has the skills, certifications, and support needed to meet the highest standards of safety and excellence. You’ll coordinate training programs, manage compliance records, and be the friendly, organised point of contact for both internal staff and external training providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all training activities across multiple construction sites and departments and maintain the training matrix.
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation in line with industry standards (e.g. CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
  • Schedule and book internal and external training courses.
  • Liaise with training providers, managers, and operatives to meet development needs.
