Anderselite is seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large new build project in Greater Manchester (Manchester/Wigan). The role is £450 per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella) on a 6-month contract, with site work 3–4 days at Wigan/Trafford Park and 1–2 days from home.
You will procure packages from limited design info (RIBA 2/3), such as steel frame and drylining, and bring extensive large-site experience. NEC 4 Option A experience would be advantageous.
