The Skilled Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager and being an essential part of the Site Team. Responsibilities include ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, managing attendance and handling confidential information, and scanning and uploading data onto a shared system. The administrator will also be responsible for ordering stationary supplies, welcoming visitors, and operating the front door intercom and turnstile system. Duties extend to managing incoming telephone calls, maintaining the Project Directory, controlling document transmission and workflow systems on Aconex, and creating trackers for overdue workflows. Additional tasks include printing and organising documents, construction drawings, and information packs for client and subcontractor meetings, taking minutes during meetings, and supporting Health and Safety Managers with labour numbers and safety observations. The role also involves collecting weekly supervisor inspections from subcontractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and updating the score table.
