Site Supervisor (6-Month Contract) Anderselite is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a 6-month project. This role requires a strong background in non-working site supervision, particularly within secure environments such as HMP and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). The successful candidate will manage the installation of ducting and drainage systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Security Clearance: Candidates who already hold security clearance are strongly preferred, though clearance can be arranged for the right individual. Key Responsibilities: Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and regulations. Oversee the installation of ducting and drainage systems, managing all aspects of quality control. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth on-site collaboration. Monitor and report progress effectively, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Uphold health and safety protocols across the site. Problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure to maintain project continuity. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in non-working site supervision. Familiarity with secure environments, particularly HMP and MoJ sites. Expertise in ducting and drainage systems. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in project management and construction management software (e.g., MS Project, FieldView). Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
