Our client has secured a major long‑term programme of infrastructure work with Northumbrian Water, over the next 15 years. As part of this, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects
- Prepare and review applications for payment and contract notices
- Track variations, claims, and cost forecasts
