Our client is looking for a Retrofit Contract/Project Manager to join its growing team, based in the Folkestone, Kent. The ideal invidiual for this position will be able to demostrate experience in managing retrofit projects, with a strong knowledge of the industry standards and regulations. You will be able to communicate effectively with site teams, upper management and clients alike. A strong knowledge of temporary works procedures and general construction methods will also be beneficial. The Role will include: Leading on retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring requirements and budgets are met Day to day management of site operations to meet deadlines/targets Reading and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Understanding and implementing health and safety, and welfare policies – including undetaking inspections to ensure quality and compliance Leading on team meetings to monitor and improve on performance and operational delivery. Delivering company updates where necessary. Ensuring the overall delivery of the retrofit solution in line with Stakeholders requirements. Includings overseeing everything from Wall and loft insulation, to energy efficiant solutions within ventialtion, glazing, and M&E. Ticketing Requirements: SMSTS IOSH Managing Safely CSCS Black/Managers Card First Aid Ticket Desirable/Beneficial Retrofit Coordinator/Retrofit assessor qualification Experience delivering retrofit work programmes Experience with project/technical management of M&E systems/Heat networks The role will come with a competitive package, inlcuding vehicle allowance and access to the company bonus scheme.
