Anderselite is seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician/Handyperson for a reading-area site. The role supports the Contract Manager and focuses on maintaining building fabric and systems, performing PPM and reactive tasks, and ensuring safe, efficient operation.
Training will be provided for technical systems. This temporary position could go permanent for the right candidate, paying £18 per hour Umbrella or £13.63 per hour PAYE + holiday pay.
