Quantity Surveyor β Civils/Highways β Bolton β Permanent β Up to Β£60,000 plus Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday β Friday: 08:00 β 17:00
1 Day working from home
Holidays: 35 days including bank holidays
7 days are to be taken at the Christmas Shutdown
Roles and Responsibilities
β’ Site measurements and preparations of weekly cost and production reports.
β’ Liaise with the site teams to assess and prepare quotations and estimates.
β’ Management of subcontractors including enquiries, order placement, payment assessments
β’ The production of valuations and submission to clients
β’ Interpret drawings and instructions and agree estimates with site teams and clients
β’ Liaise with subcontractors to agree rates and services
β’ Agree final accounts with all parties in a prompt manner
β’ Liaise with the finance and admin team in the preparation and settlement of accounts
β’ Assist the financial director and his team in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
β’ Any other reasonable requests from company management
