A reputable and market-leading structural engineering consultancy is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join its expanding team based in Leeds.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in leading structural engineering projects from inception through to completion. Responsibilities include managing the design process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires delivering technically excellent, innovative, and integrated engineering solutions across a variety of complex projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Chartered Engineer status with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in structural engineering
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis and design software
