The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our tenants, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable. Key Responsibilities: Perform responsive repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems within social housing properties. Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters). Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Collaborate with other tradespeople and housing officers to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications and Experience: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
