My client is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Porter to support the daily cleaning and general maintenance in a commercial building in London. This role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, disposing of garbage, and managing stock supplies. You will also be responsible for receiving deliveries, unpacking supplies, and moving furniture to assist with events and room set-ups.
Additionally, the role includes performing minor building maintenance tasks such as basic electrical and plumbing repairs, light replacement, and general upkeep of both interior and exterior areas to ensure efficient building operations.
