Anderselite are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of the organisations Quality Management System (QMS) across the Midlands region. You will drive Lean initiatives, support operational teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing and stakeholder management, with responsibility for audits, root-cause analysis and KPI.
