Maintenance Operative
Location: Accrington
Pay: £17.00 – £20.00 per hour
Hours: 47.5 per week, Monday to Friday
We are recruiting a Maintenance Operative to join a well-established organisation providing care facilities for young people and vulnerable adults. This is a full-time, permanent role where your work will directly contribute to creating safe, comfortable, and high-quality environments for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repairs across residential care facilities
- Completing tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general building upkeep
- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests

- Maintaining accurate records of completed work
