We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor working on a single residential site in Lower Clapton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with no day-to-day travel and consistent work within one location.

The Role

You will be carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Reactive maintenance works
  • Planned maintenance tasks
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Basic multi-trade duties including:
  • Carpentry
  • Tiling
  • Patch plastering
  • Painting & decorating
  • Working within occupied properties and communal areas
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents
  • Requirements

    • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent preferred
    • Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance
    • Strong reactive maintenance background
    • Ability to carry out basic multi-trade works
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Own tools required
