The Opportunity:

Our Client is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Advisor (maternity cover contract) to join their Shared Services team, supporting a diverse and growing workforce within a fast-paced rail and civil engineering environment. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering a high-quality, people-focused HR service, supporting colleagues and managers across the full employee lifecycle.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team where your input is valued, and your development is encouraged.

The Role:

As HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and day-to-day HR support across the business, ensuring a consistent, compliant and people-centric approach. You will work closely with colleagues across HR, Recruitment and the wider business.
