Their ideal candidate will have the right gardening experience and a keen eye for fine detail. Key Responsibilities Weeding: Removing weeds from flower beds, pathways, and other areas to maintain a tidy appearance. Strimming: Using strimmers to trim grass and vegetation in hard-to-reach areas. Hedge Cutting: Pruning and cutting hedges to maintain their shape and health. Plant Care: Planting, watering, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees. Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of garden waste in an environmentally friendly manner. Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all gardening tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
