Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operator – Crown Hall Location: Northwich – CW8 2JL Rate: £20.00 an hour Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and capable Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team at Crown Hall. The role involves working across various site functions, including materials handling, production, and dispatch, while ensuring full compliance with CRH and SHE safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: – Safely receive, store, produce, and dispatch raw materials and products – Operate machinery including forklift and (if qualified) loading shovel – Move, load, and unload products within the plant and to/from vehicles – Meet daily production targets and report data for quality tracking – Support continuous improvement of production processes and site standards – Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety throughout the site – Ensure accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround to meet customer service targets Requirements: – B1 Forklift Licence (essential) – Capable of manual handling – Loading Shovel Operator certification (preferred but not essential) – Good communication and numeracy skills – Proficient and confident team player – Strong work ethic and attention to safety To apply, please contact, Joseph Duffy – (phone number removed)
