The Facilities Management Operative will ensure smooth operations of site by providing excellent customer service and liaising with employees and contractors.

Role Summary:

  • Managing internal/external post on site.
  • Conducting and recording inductions for contractors and visitors.
  • Coordinating with the CBRE team and contractors to resolve issues and complete reactive jobs.
  • Conducting site inspections and escalating concerns to the Regional Manager.
  • Representing Facilities Management on-site and ensuring high customer service.
  • Escalating building or service concerns to the UKPN team.
  • Performing minor fabric repairs (e.g., tightening door handles, adjusting monitor arms).
  • Performing minor electrical tasks (e.g., replacing fuses, checking power supplies).
  • Performing minor plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets, isolating water).
  • Making HVAC adjustments.
  • Assisting with Fire Alarm tests.
