We are looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy corporate environment, supporting the day-to-day running of the site and ensuring everything operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day facilities activities across the site.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Raise purchase orders and assist with basic finance administration.
- Carry out regular site inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Help ensure the building is clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Support health & safety, compliance, and building procedures.
- Assist with reports, projects, and general facilities administration.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and service standards.
- Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Full UK driving licence.
