Location: Newbury, Berkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: £20.00 per hour (Umbrella)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy corporate environment, supporting the day-to-day running of the site and ensuring everything operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day facilities activities across the site.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Raise purchase orders and assist with basic finance administration.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Help ensure the building is clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Support health & safety, compliance, and building procedures.
  • Assist with reports, projects, and general facilities administration.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and service standards.
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving licence.
