Summary
My client is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join the team in Stanford Le Hope, tasked with ensuring the highest operational efficiency of electrical equipment and supporting the implementation of World Class Maintenance.

This role involves working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure seamless operation of systems. Key responsibilities include leading and owning long-term improvement plans for assets, implementing Written Schemes of Examination, recommending repairs, and managing a Risk Based Assessment programme for electrical systems. The role also involves providing technical input for projects and plant modifications, ensuring management of change practices, and conducting routine maintenance to improve system performance.

The successful candidate will promote the maintenance management system, contribute to budget targets, and develop the skills of engineers, fitters, and apprentices. Health and Safety compliance and continuous performance review are also crucial aspects of this role.
