On behalf of our client, a well‑established retail fit out contractor based in West Yorkshire, we are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team on a permanent basis. The business delivers fast‑paced retail fit out and refurbishment projects nationwide for a range of well‑known brands. With a strong order book and repeat clients, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and reputable contractor operating in a dynamic sector.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of retail fit out projects, typically ranging from short‑duration refurbishments to larger full‑store fit outs. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered commercially and contractually successfully. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience in retail, fit out, interiors, or refurbishment, or a QS from a construction background looking to move into the retail fit out sector.
