Our client, a national building materials provider, is looking for a driven Customer Service Coordinator to join its busy team in Kent.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the role of Customer Service Coordinator will work cross-functionally within the Customer Service Team and be the initial point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
The Customer Service Coordinator position will include:
- Responsibility for customer enquiries via telephone, online, and email orders from initial contact through to delivery.
- Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience, ensuring a high level of customer care.
- Data entry and order processing tasks.
- Collaborating within the team and with other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues, and resolve queries.
- Inputting accurate customer data into the CRM system.
- Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ascertain transport and material availability.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed at all times, allowing us to plan our transport fleet to meet relevant commercial demands.
Experience within construction or logistics environments would be beneficial, though all relevant backgrounds will be considered. Experience working with SAP and CRM systems will be beneficial, though not essential.
