Technical Services Manager in City of London

We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to join a leading property management and real estate services firm based in London. This is a key role within the team with responsibility for leading and delivering technical support to a multi-site, multi client portfolio. This will include completing engineering and maintenance surveys and reports to support the business, review & manage engineering risk and deliver on business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy management audits and develop improvement plans
• Manage the execution of small-scale M&E projects
• Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services management
• Experience with new build construction and/or management
• Strong knowledge of building operating systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive results and deliver high-quality service
