We are currently working on behalf of a well-established multidisciplinary practice seeking to appoint an Associate / Senior Architect to support the continued growth of their Chester office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect with 5+ years post-Part III experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway toward Director-level progression within the next 3–5 years.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the expansion of a growing office, working across a diverse portfolio of medium to large-scale projects spanning sectors such as education, commercial, institutional, and leisure. This position would suit someone with experience in the North / North West region, who is confident in leading projects and keen to take on increased responsibility, including contributing to business development and client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages
- Contribute to business development and office growth
- Support both design and technical delivery of projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
- Produce and review technical drawings and specifications
- Present design solutions internally and externally
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and oversee project delivery
About You
- Qualified Architect with minimum 5 years’ post-Part III experience
- Strong experience across all RIBA stages
- Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations
- Proficient in Revit with strong project delivery experience
- Experience working within the North / North West (preferred)
- Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress toward a Director-level role
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach to working within an office environment
