This is a full‑time role located in Worcester, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities. Tasks will include producing and maintaining digital models, preparing construction drawings, and supporting building design across multidisciplinary teams. You will work collaboratively with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to ISO 19650 standards and project‑specific BIM protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and experience working to ISO 19650 standards
  • Knowledge of construction detailing
  • Strong skills in creating and managing Construction Drawings for collaborative design projects
  • Solid understanding of design software, such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in BIM are an asset
